Elephant Hour is a collection of Gregg Jackson's recordings to date, released to preceed his
forthcoming debut album. The collection spans a period back to the more stripped back
recordings with Ross Baker from 2003, through to self-recorded works between 2005 and
2010. While much of the record highlights Jackson's melodic songwriting through a number of
self-penned classic pop style tracks, he also adventures into a few instrumental jams and
experimental sound works through the record. Whether on stripped down acoustic numbers, or
full band tracks, Gregg Jackson's compositions are beautifully written and intricately produced,
making this an essential download for fans of melodic, song-based music.
