Little is known about this side-project, as FSOLDigital.com - upon which the record was released - simply states 'Experiments in polyrhythmic'. The tracks are largely rhythm based (as the description suggests), featuring sparse drum and percussion loops, with fairly abstract, instrumentation over the top, sometimes harsh and sometimes atmospheric. A thoroughly unusual experiment which is hard to compare to anything FSOL have done before or since. Heads of Agreement are described on MySpace as 'Melodramatic Popular Song/Bossa Nova' and 'polyrhythmik thought goat'. In the Freeze Magazine interview of February 2008, Gaz suggests that the project is more Brian's work than his.
