live, in-studio performance, from my room in folkestone, streamed over the internet in december 2010. the sounds on this performance came from initial rehearsals for my 2011 awakenings performance, before being scrapped in favour of a more rhythmic set. the material is largely synth-based ambient from 60° south, with some altered versions of tracks from vacuum road songs and safernoc. this version of degrees was so radically different to the original that it eventually became the basis for part 2 of the christmas ep.
